SHIFTLESS

This is a coming of age tale.

It’s a fantastical adventure for an amoral ne’er-do-well called Sean Reilly. He’s such a grounded individual that he could never say that about himself. And it’s not that fantastical. In fact it’s all true. Except that it isn’t. As Sean’s dad, Joe, tells him. “You can’t con a con man.”

The nun bit is true though. And the pickled eggs. It could make you wince. And no bombs go off. Or do they?
